- Official exchange rates published by the National Bank of Romania (BNR)
- Rate comparisons between commercial banks and fintech services
- Financial calculators (salary, VAT, loan, inflation, dividends, etc.)
- Economic news and automated analyses
- Tools: IBAN validator, currency converter, exchange office map
- JSON API for developers
- Exchange rate alerts (email, Telegram, WhatsApp)
3. Limitation of Liability
The information published on curs.online is for informational purposes only and does not constitute:
- Financial, tax, or legal advice
- An offer to sell or buy currency
- Investment recommendation
Displayed exchange rates may have delays or differences from real-time rates practiced by banks and exchange offices. Always verify the information on the official websites of the mentioned institutions (BNR, banks, ANAF) before making financial decisions.
curs.online assumes no responsibility for any financial losses resulting from the use of the information presented on the platform.
4. Data Sources
The data presented comes from official public sources:
- National Bank of Romania (BNR) — exchange rates, ROBOR, IRCC
- Public APIs of commercial banks (BCR, BRD, Raiffeisen)
- CoinGecko — cryptocurrency prices
- RSS feeds — news sources (ZF, Economica, Profit, Wall-Street, ECB, IMF)
- INSSE / Eurostat — inflation data
Estimated rates for banks without a public API are calculated based on typical spreads and may differ from the actual rate practiced.
5. Intellectual Property
The content of the platform (design, source code, texts, graphics) is the property of curs.online. BNR data is public and may be used in accordance with BNR terms.
6. API Usage
The free API is available for non-commercial use with the following limitations:
- Maximum 100 requests/hour per IP
- Mandatory attribution: mention the source "curs.online"
- Resale of data is prohibited

7. Advertising
The platform displays advertising through Google AdSense and may contain affiliate links marked with rel="sponsored". Advertising does not influence editorial content or calculator results.
