Tips for Cheap Transfers

ℹ SEPA is free. Transfers in EUR between EEA countries are free and processed within 1 business day. If your bank charges a fee for SEPA, switch banks.
ℹ Avoid weekends on Revolut. Revolut adds an extra markup of ~1% on weekends when markets are closed.
ℹ Wise and Revolut are the cheapest for online transfers. PayPal and Western Union have significantly higher fees.
⚠ SWIFT is expensive. SWIFT transfers (non-EUR or outside SEPA) can cost 25-50 EUR + markup on the rate. Use Wise or Revolut for small/medium amounts.
